Partibo's position

Partibo is a social discovery platform where users create and join events.

For paid event tickets Partibo is not the seller but an intermediary service provider. The party that sells the ticket, collects the fee and provides the service is the business organising the event.

Partibo takes no service fee or commission from ticket sales.

From inside the app: you can open a request under Profile › Support. You can follow the status of your requests on the same screen.
