DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties and subject

This agreement is formed between the BUYER who purchases an event ticket through Partibo and the SELLER who organises that event.

Partibo is not a party to this agreement. Partibo is an intermediary service provider supplying the electronic platform that brings buyer and seller together. The party that collects the ticket fee, organises the event and provides the service is the seller.

Intermediary service provider Ali Can Aksoy İhsaniye Mahallesi, Yonca Sokak, Yonca Sitesi No: 1A Bandırma / Balıkesir, Türkiye destek@partibo.app

Seller The seller of each event is the business organising it. The seller's trade name, address and contact details are shown on the event page before a ticket is purchased.

Buyer The user who purchases the ticket. Their name, phone number and account details are recorded at the time of purchase.

2. Subject of the agreement

The subject of this agreement is the digital ticket granting entry to the event organised by the seller, whose date, time, place and content are stated on the event page.

The ticket price, any services included in the price and the details of the event are shown on the purchase screen. The buyer is deemed to have seen this information before purchasing.

3. Price and payment

The ticket price is shown on the purchase screen in Turkish Lira, taxes included.

Payment is collected through a contracted payment institution. Card details never reach Partibo and are not stored by Partibo.

Partibo takes no service fee, commission or share from this sale. The only deduction from the ticket price is the payment institution's own deduction. The remainder is transferred to the seller.

4. Performance of the service

The seller is obliged to admit the buyer holding a valid ticket to the event at the date, time and place stated on the event page.

The ticket is created in the buyer's account when the purchase completes and is shown with a QR code under "My Tickets". Entry is granted by scanning this code. The same ticket cannot be scanned twice.

The seller alone is responsible for the content of the event, for organising it and for it taking place as announced.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services relating to leisure and entertainment that must be provided on a specific date or period. Event tickets fall within this scope.

For this reason the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases. The cancellation and refund terms below apply instead.

6. Cancellation and refund

The detailed terms are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Terms page and form an integral part of this agreement. In summary:

  • The buyer may refund the ticket more than 1 hour before the event starts.
  • Refunds close within the last hour.
  • If the seller cancels the event, all tickets are refunded.

7. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, a buyer who is a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their own place of residence. Monetary thresholds are announced annually.

Rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.

8. Complaints and notices

Requests concerning a ticket, an event or a seller should first be directed to the seller.

If the seller cannot be reached or the matter is not resolved, it may be reported to Partibo at destek@partibo.app. Although Partibo is not a party to the sale, it assesses the report as an intermediary service provider and takes the steps required by law.

9. Entry into force

By completing the ticket purchase step, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full. The agreement is formed at that moment and stored electronically.
