CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
Who issues the refund
The party selling the ticket is the business organising the event. Refunds come from the same party. Partibo is not a party to the sale; it is the intermediary that technically initiates the refund.
If the buyer wants to refund a ticket
In the app: My Tickets › the relevant ticket › "Refund ticket".
- A refund can be made more than 1 hour before the event starts.
- Refunds close in the last hour before the event starts.
- A refunded ticket becomes invalid and cannot be scanned at the door.
- The ticket price is refunded to the payment method used.
⚠️ How long the refund takes to reach the account depends on the payment institution and the bank; this is outside Partibo's control.
If the event is cancelled
If the seller cancels the event, all tickets are refunded. The buyer does not need to take any action.
A cancelled event disappears from everyone's feed; ticket holders continue to see it marked as cancelled.
If the event is postponed or changed
If the seller changes the date, time or place of the event, ticket holders receive a notification. A buyer who does not accept the new terms may refund the ticket within the time rule above.
If the buyer does not attend
No refund is given to a buyer who bought a ticket, did not refund it within the refund window and did not attend the event.
If the service does not match what was announced
If the event does not take place as announced, the buyer may exercise their rights under consumer legislation against the seller. The request should first be directed to the seller; if it is not resolved, it may be reported to Partibo at destek@partibo.app.
Partibo's deduction
There is none. Partibo takes no service fee or commission from ticket sales. In the event of a refund, the buyer receives a full refund apart from the payment institution's transaction deduction.
