TERMS OF USE

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This is an English translation provided for your convenience. Partibo operates under Turkish law and the Turkish version of these terms is the binding one. If the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.

By using Partibo you accept these terms. We've tried to keep them short; every clause corresponds to a rule that actually exists in the app.

1. Who can use Partibo?

Partibo is for people over 18. You must give accurate information when you sign up; your account is your responsibility and you shouldn't share your password with anyone.

You may not transfer, sell or lend your account to anyone else.

2. Account types

Personal accounts sign in with a phone number and password.

Business accounts are a separate membership and use an email address and password. To open one you need to complete an application form and upload documents belonging to your business; your account opens once the application has been reviewed and approved.

There is no conversion between the two account types. Business accounts host events; they cannot join events or buy tickets.

3. Events

  • You are responsible for making sure the event you create is accurate and can actually happen.
  • You set limits such as capacity, age range and participant group. Enforcing those limits is the responsibility of the person hosting the event, not of Partibo.
  • Partibo is a means of arranging meetings; it is not a party to the event itself. Those who attend are responsible for what happens at the meeting, and looking after your own safety is up to you.
  • The person who created an event can cancel it. Tickets for a cancelled event become invalid and paid tickets are refunded.

4. Content rules

You are responsible for everything you share. The following are prohibited:

  • Illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene content.
  • Using someone else's photo, poster or content without permission.
  • Fake identities, fake events, fraud and spam.
  • Using the app with automated tools or attempting to circumvent its security.

You own your content; you only grant us permission to display it in the app. That permission ends when you delete the content.

We may remove content that breaks the rules, and suspend or close the account behind it.

5. Blocking and reporting

You can block a user and report an event or a piece of content. We review reports and, where necessary, remove content or apply restrictions to an account.

Event ratings are anonymous and the identity of the person who wrote a rating is not disclosed.

6. Paid features

Paid event tickets. Partibo does not sell subscriptions or in-app digital products. The only paid items are tickets to events organised by business accounts. Ticket fees are not collected through the app stores; they are processed by a contracted payment institution. Payment, refund and cancellation conditions are subject to these Terms and to the rules published by the business organising the event.

Ticketed events. Some business events are ticketed. Ticket fees are collected through a contracted payment institution and transferred to the business organising the event. Partibo takes no service fee, commission or share from these sales. Rates and amounts are shown on the purchase screen.

Ticket refunds. You can refund your ticket while there is more than 1 hour before the event starts. Refunds close during the final hour. If an event is cancelled, all tickets are refunded.

Consumer rights. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer legislation. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content and services are reserved; the circumstances in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately are set out in legislation.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time. What is deleted and what remains is set out clause by clause in the Privacy Policy. We may also close accounts that seriously break the rules.

8. Continuity of the service

We provide Partibo "as is". We cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or that every event will go smoothly. We may change or remove features; we announce significant changes in the app.

We are not liable for damage that does not arise from our fault. This limitation does not cover liabilities that arise from legislation and cannot be limited by contract.

9. Changes to these terms

When we update these terms the date at the top of the page changes. For significant changes we announce them in the app and, where necessary, ask for your consent again. Continuing to use Partibo after a change means you accept the current terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Users who qualify as consumers may bring disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to the applicable monetary thresholds, and may do so before the bodies located in their own place of residence. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Bandırma have jurisdiction.
